My name is Ken Trotman, and I want to first thank you for visiting our website. I am the founder and president of Radical Radiology. After working as a programmer since 1973, I started this company in 1985 under the name Computer Comfort. Comfort Enterprises is still our true corporate name, with Radical Radiology as our DBA, as it saves the confused from asking if we rent rooms by the day or week.

Initially we built computers, servers, and did networking for companies throughout the southeast. In 1989, after having done work for several hospitals, we refocused our efforts on radiology imaging and the underlying infrastructure that was evolving at that time. So from "camera on a stick," through film digitizers, and all the iterations of the DICOM standard, we have evolved and tried to stay on the forefront of the technologies that have become almost universal in today's radiology environments.

We have worked with clients in almost every radiology environment. Hospitals, imaging centers, portable x-ray companies, and private practices have given us the benefit of their experience as we share their projects. We listened, we learned, and we would like very much the share the benefit of that lengthy experience with you and your facility.

I run a small business with a large client base of companies substantially larger than my own, and have done so for over 21 years. I am always personally available to my clients and staff. This is a family owned and operated business, with my smart and wonderful daughter, Amber Trotman, being my second in command and only actual hope of retiring someday.
